Located in the heart of Sydney’s Royal Botanic Garden

Botanic House is home to the culinary creations of internationally celebrated chef Luke Nguyen and offers a unique dining experience – allowing diners the opportunity to feast among the tranquil surrounds of Sydney’s most loved gardens. Seasons change and so do menus. The team has worked hard over the last weeks to fine-tune existing menus and create new drink & dining concepts.

The menu is a celebration of Luke Nguyen’s colourful heritage – marrying South East Asian flavours with native Australian ingredients. This beautiful pairing of cultures, blending ancient culinary traditions with modern techniques, creates a truly unique and unforgettable dining experience whether it’s brunch, lunch or dinner.

Bringing bottomless back 🥂

With the return of some normality, brunch has been brought back with some amazing little bites to accompany the bottomless bubbles.

A new alfresco concept was launched over the summer with a cocktail menu that’s celebrating the partnership with Tanqueray.
