How I work
Meet
You’re an expert in your field. So are other in theirs. To understand how I can help you achieve your business goals it’s important that both parties go into this without any preconceived notions. Brainstorming is powerful and might give you insights that you haven’t thought about before.
Plan
Scoping, estimating and planning are o so important. I think we’ve all experienced the joys of poorly scoped projects and the frustrations that come with this. We’ll set milestones and agree on the deliverables that will deem this project a success.
Ideate
Prior to building it’s best to agree on a proposed design/framework/style guide. I can help you with this but if you have a legend within your support group, let’s get in touch. The more capable people involved, the better.
Execute
The fun bit. Creating. To make the process as seamless as possible I would keep everyone in the loop on the progress. I do my utmost best to be as responsive and efficient as possible trying to show you the work. This being said, this would be a 2-way street.
Finetune
Things change, I get that. Even if you say prior to starting this project it won’t. It will. And that’s ok as long as we all are aware of the implications to the duration and potential extra cost. Open communication is key. You want something different, let me know and we’ll work it out.
Celebrate
